Five new Registered Electrical Engineers and eight new Registered Master Electricians have successfully passed the Electrical Engineer Licensure Examinations given by the Board of Electrical Engineering this September 2017. The new ABCollege registered electrical engineers are Engr. Mel Francis T. Cadavedo, Engr. Alvin J. Carpitanos, Engr. Pedie A. Canillas, Engr. Reymark F. Dagayloan and Engr. Leo B. Naparota, Jr. The new Master Electricians include Engr. Mel Francis T. Cadavedo, Engr. Pedie A. Canillas, Engr. Reymark F. Dagayloan, Engr. Leo B. Naparota, Jr., Mr. Ralph O. Lubguban, Engr. Celso C. Elumbaring, Mr. Jed C. Echor, , Jr. and Mr. Johnrell S. Purton.
The Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) official website states that 2,807 out of 4,460 Registered Electrical Engineers (REE), and 2,643 out of 3,864 Registered Master Electricians have successfully passed the examinations. The national passing rate for the REE exams is 62.94% while ABCollege’s passing percentage is 71.43% for the first-takers. (Kevin James Limbaga)
