A seasoned lawyer by profession and now serving as one of four Commissioners of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commissioner Ephyro Luis B. Amatong, returns home to address the Andres Bonifacio College graduating class of 2017 in the 71st Commencement Exercises on April 3, 2017 at the College Green.
